Queena Yan is a multidisciplinary Artist from Vancouver, Canada. She move to New York to study Fashion Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology. Her work and designs caught photographers attention, leading to collaborative projects that landing her designs in fashion editorials, and from there, a new creative passion ignited and now her career.

After graduating with her BFA, Queena spent some time assisting stylists in New York and stylist from by art-dept agency. Her experiences allowed her to work on many different sets in Fashion editorial; Hapers Bazar, Vogue, GQ, Maire Claire, TV, commercial, advertising, sports, kids, men, women, product, still life and prop styling. She became a fully well-versed stylist in editorial, documentary and commercial.

Queena draws inspiration from her upbringing, dance has been a big part of her youth, using her dance background from classical ballet to Hip Hop street style made her own style Versatile & unique. She understands how to direct on set with a combination of composition and movement.

In addition to Styling, Queena’s great eye for composition has lead her into Photography and creative direction. Shooting on digital and 35mm with various vintage cameras and has landed her in various Magazine Publications.

She is currently available in New York and is open to new collaboration and willing to travel to work abroad.
